Fall rolls out later in the year here in Northern California. While Chicago is preparing for an arctic-blast, Sacramento is just changing color and cooler nights are creeping in. We took in a story-book fall day on Apple Hill this past Veteran's Day, and now we have apples filling the fridge and decorative bowls all over the house. It's only fitting and necessary to bake and shoot apples daily. Stay tuned.
